Villa Margarita has spectacular views of the pine clad mountain and of the sea. This villa is situated in Lapta sea side of coast road and is in an ideal location for whatever kind of holiday you desire. The villa is only a short distance from several beaches.

Within a 20 minute drive you can experience the hustle and bustle of Kyrenia with it’s ancient harbour, shops, many restaurants and bars. The villa is approximately forty-five minutes drive from Ercan Airport.

There are several supermarkets and restaurants all within a short distance of the villa.

The villa sleeps up to six in 2 bedrooms and a sofa bed in the lounge, all of the bedrooms have air-conditioning. 

The master bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower, toilet and wash hand basin. There are also fitted wardrobes.  Leading from the bedroom is a balcony from which there is a sea view.

The Guest Bedroom has two single beds and fitted wardrobes, from which there are views of the mountains.

There is a family bathroom with shower, toilet and wash hand basin.

There is also a shower room on the ground floor with a shower, toilet and hand basin.

 The villa has air-conditioning throughout.

The main facilities of the villa includes:-

  •  A comfortably furnished lounge with a three seater and 1 two seater settee (one of these converts into a sofa bed) and an arm chair.  There is also a coffee table, TV, DVD and CD player. The patio doors open to a large terrace.

  • Dinning room/area with a large marble table and chairs to seat 4. Also glass table and 4 chairs for outside the kitchen patio.

  • The kitchen is fully fitted with fridge/freezer, electric oven/gas hob microwave, kettle, toaster etc.   Washing Machine, coffee maker, sandwich maker, George Foreman Grill, Iron and ironing board. There is also a full crockery & utensils set.    Water Cooler machine.

  • Bedding and towels provided.

  • Outdoor facilities include a barbecue area and sun-loungers and garden furniture, inclusive of large glass table with six chairs, gazebo, barbeque, outside shed.  Beach towels.

There is a private swimming pool is 8m x 4m with a patio and pool lighting
