The villa is situated between the sea & mountains in Alsancak with picturesque sea and mountain views. The villa is a 15 minute drive from Kyrenia, and 5 minutes from sandy beaches, with many excellent local restaurants.

In nearby Kyrenia which is only 3 miles away you can experience the hustle and bustle of the ancient harbour, shops, many restaurants and bars. Bellapais village and monastery is approx. 1.5 miles.  The villa is approximately forty minutes drive from Ercan Airport and 1 hour from Larnaca Airport.

The villa is in a peaceful setting and benefits from a private overflow pool in a mature garden has plenty of flowers and shrubs.

The villa sleeps six in 3 bedrooms, all of the bedrooms have ceiling fans.

Wide marble stairs with wrought iron railings leads to the first floor and the master bedroom which has an ensuite shower-room with wc and large fitted wardrobes. There are double aspect windows one with balcony from which there are spectacular sea and mountain views.

Also on the first floor there are the two guest bedrooms, one of these has a double bed and fiitted wardrobes. There is a balcony leading from this bedroom.

Whilst the second guest bedroom has 2 single beds, and fitted wardrobe.

There is also a large family bathroom on the first floor.

 The villa’s main facilities include:-

  • Open plan lounge/diner, with comfortable seating for 6 people, in the dinning area there is a wrought iron dining table & chairs. Leading from the lounge/diner there are double aspect patio doors onto an arched veranda. Satellite TV & a DVD player are provided.

  • The kitchen is fully fitted and very spacious with gas hob & cooker hood, electric oven with grill, microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster & kettle are provided. There is also a full crockery & utensils set.

  • There is also a large utility room with 2nd sink & automatic washing machine, ironing board & clothes airer.

  • A downstairs cloakroom completes the ground floor, which is marbled throughout.

  • Outside, there is a 30 x 14 ft roman ended private pool with steps and night lights.
    Garden table and chairs and sunbeds are provided for the terraced areas.

Everything you need has been provided by the owners except beach towels.
Bed linen changed weekly and a Welcome food pack are provided.
