This is a ground floor apartment located on the Turtle Bay Village gated complex from where there are fabulous views of the sea and the mountains.

The apartment is situated just a 5 minute drive from Esentepe village and is only 15-20 minutes drive from the centre of Kyrenia.

In Kyrenia you can experience the hustle and bustle of the ancient harbour, shops, many restaurants and bars.

The apartment is approximately thirty minutes drive from Ercan Airport and just one and a half hours from Larnaca Airport.  

There are several sandy beaches nearby where the turtles come up to lay their eggs in June-July and then late July, August and early September the eggs hatch. Both the egg laying and hatching are a must to see.

The apartment can sleep 4 (plus 1 on a blow up single bed) in two bedrooms, both have air-conditioning.

The master bedroom has two single beds (these can be joined together to make a double bed-appropriate bedding is available for this) and an en-suite  with shower, toilet and wash hand basin. There are also fitted wardrobes, leading from the bedroom is the terrace from which there is a sea view.

The guest bedroom also has two single beds and fitted wardrobes.

There is a family bathroom with a bath/shower, toilet and wash hand basin.

The apartment has air-conditioning throughout, it's main facilities include:-

  • A comfortably furnished lounge with a comfortable sofa and wicker chair providing seating for 5/6 people. There are also 2 coffee tables a sideboard and drinks cabinet. and an arm chair.

  • The kitchen is fully fitted with fridge/freezer,  washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, gas hob and an electric oven, kettle,  etc. There is a full crockery & utensils set. There is also a dining table and 6 chairs

  • There are 3 patios with the usual outdoor furniture. There are 6 communal swimming pools on the development

  • There is currently a mini-market and full amenities on the complex, these include an outdoor gym, indoor gym, 6 swimming pools, tennis courts, basketball courts, mini golf, children’s play ground, huge chess board, computer room for internet access, bar, snack bar additionally from June 2008 there will be a spa and a restaurant. There are also two rocky beaches with one having a jetty. There is 24 hour security entrance.
