VILLA HULYA

       

Villa Hulya is10 miles East of Kyrenia and nestles at the base of the 'Five Finger' mountains, it is an easy 20 minute drive from Kyrenia.  Across the road is the 'Antique Restaurant' for relaxed meals and drinks and there are short walks to the local beaches. From the moment you arrive here you will instantly feel involved in traditional village life and activity, an ideal starting point for the perfect peaceful holiday.

This beautiful Mediterranean style villa is set in its own landscaped gardens with large private swimming pool. Villa Hulya offers super accommodation for up to six people. Of course, the nicest thing about Villa Hulya is its location, but that alone is not enough the villa offers a very high standard of comfortable, welcoming accommodation.

In nearby Kyrenia you can experience the hustle and bustle of the ancient harbour, shops, many restaurants and bars. The villa is approximately forty minutes drive from Ercan Airport and 1 hour from Larnaca Airport.

The villa sleeps six in 3 bedrooms, all of the bedrooms have air-conditioning.

On the first floor is the master bedroom with an en-suite shower/toilet, the bedroom has a double bed. The bedroom also has fitted wardrobes, From the balcony there are magnificent views of the sea and the mountains.

On the ground floor there are the two guest bedrooms, the first has a double bed and fitted wardrobes, whilst the second has two single beds and fitted wardrobes. Once again there are views of the sea and the mountains.

Downstairs on the ground floor there is a family bathroom with a shower, toilet and wash hand basin.

The villa also has central heating throughout for those chilly winter days, it's main facilities include:-

  • A comfortably furnished lounge with seating for six. There is also a TV, DVD player, CD and radio, there is a large collection of CD's, DVD's and books in the villa. There are patio doors leading to the outside area.

  • In the Dining area you will find  with a large table and chairs to seat six. There are patio doors leading to the outside area.

  • The kitchen is fully fitted with fridge/freezer,  washing machine, electric+gas cooker with oven, grill and hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, Kenwood juicer etc. There is also a full crockery & utensils set.

  • Outdoor facilities include a barbecue area armchairs and sun-loungers, the owner also provides non breakable plates and glasses for use round the pool. To provide some shelter from the summer sun there are awnings for the rear terrace.

The private swimming pool is 8.7m x 6.35m with surrounding patio and underwater pool lighting.
