NORTH SHORE VILLA

        

Situated on the eastern edge of the village of Karsiyaka, about 10 miles (16kilometres) west of Girne (probably better known as Kyrenia). In Kyrenia you can experience the hustle and bustle of the ancient harbour, shops, many restaurants and bars.

North Shore Villa offers a wonderful opportunity for a relaxed holiday in beautiful and secluded surroundings.

At an elevation of several hundred feet above sea level, on the side of the Kyrenia mountain range, the villa has wonderful, unobstructed views over the sea towards Southern Turkey – the coast and Taurus Mountains of which are visible when the heat haze lifts. Behind the villa the Kyrenia range presents a dramatic, sparsely developed, 1000 metre high backdrop that like the sea, really comes alive when caught by the setting sun – pure magic!

The villa sleeps six in 3 bedrooms (can sleep another 2 if the sofa bed is used), all of the bedrooms have air-conditioning.

The villa has two double bedrooms both with an en-suite shower room. The master bedroom has a walk in wardrobe and the second has fitted wardrobes. Both the bedrooms have air-conditioning for your comfort.

The third Bedroom has two single beds and fitted wardrobes and once again has air-conditioning.

There is also a separate shower room.

The main facilities of North Shore Villa includes:-

  • Comfortably furnished living area with seating for six with a TV and DVD player, a CD player and radio,there is an open log fire for those cooler winter evenings.

  • Dinning area with a large table and chairs to seat six.

  • The kitchen is fully fitted with fridge/freezer, washing machine, dish washer, gas cooker with electric oven, microwave, kettle, toaster etc. There is also a full crockery & utensils set.

  • Outdoor facilities include  it's own amazing eight metres long, four metres wide infinity swimming pool. If you have ever been in an infinity pool you'll know how brilliant they are - it feels as if the pool extends to the sea on the horizon!
    The pool is surrounded on three sides by a sun terrace, and sun loungers are provided for your sunbathing pleasure. There is an arched, covered section for relaxing in the shade and also a custom-built BBQ.

The villa has air-conditioning throughout, this can also be used to provide heating in the winter months.

The private swimming pool is 8m x 4m with surrounding patio and pool lighting.
