Villa Dole Vita is a newly built villa it has spectacular views of the sea. This villa is situated just a mile from Esentepe village and only 15-20 minutes drive from the centre of Kyrenia.

In Kyrenia you can experience the hustle and bustle of the ancient harbour, shops, many restaurants and bars. The villa is approximately forty-five minutes drive from Ercan Airport

here you will find a fabulous 18 hole championship golf course with a driving range and club house.

The villa sleeps six in 3 bedrooms, all of the bedrooms have air-conditioning.

The master bedroom has a king size bed and an en-suite bathroom with double walk-in shower, toilet and wash hand basin. There are also fitted wardrobes, leading from the bedroom is a balcony from which there is a sea view.

The second bedroom has a double bed and fitted wardrobes, leading from the bedroom is the terrace from which there are views of the sea.

The third Bedroom has two single beds and fitted wardrobes, leading from the bedroom is the terrace from which there are views of the mountains.

Downstairs on the ground floor there is a family bathroom with a bath/shower, toilet and wash hand basin.

The villa has air-conditioning throughout, it's main facilities include:-

  • A comfortably furnished lounge with a three seater settee and an arm chair. There is also a coffee table.

  • In the seperate TV room you will find a TV and a  DVD player with seating on sofas.

  • Dinning area with a large glass top table and chairs to seat 6.

  • The kitchen is fully fitted with fridge/freezer,  washing machine, dish washer, electric+gas cooker with oven, grill and hob, microwave, kettle, toaster etc. There is also a full crockery & utensils set.

  • Outdoor facilities include a barbecue area and sun-loungers and garden furniture. 

The private swimming pool is 8m x 4m with surrounding patio and pool lighting.
