Casa Feliz is a newly built villa it has spectacular views of the pine clad mountain and of the sea. This villa is situated very near to the old village of Alsancak and is in an ideal location for whatever kind of holiday you desire.

Within a 10 minute drive you can experience the hustle and bustle of Kyrenia with it’s ancient harbour, shops, many restaurants and bars. The villa is approximately forty-five minutes drive from Ercan Airport and about five minutes from the nearest public beach.

There are several supermarkets and restaurants all within a short distance of the villa.

The villa sleeps six in 3 bedrooms, all of the bedrooms have air-conditioning.

The master bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower, toilet and wash hand basin. There are also fitted wardrobes, leading from the bedroom is a balcony from which there is a sea view.

The second bedroom has a double bed and fitted wardrobes, leading from the bedroom is the balcony from which there are views of the mountains and sea.

The third Bedroom has two single beds and fitted wardrobes, from which there are views of the mountains.

There is a family bathroom with shower, toilet and wash hand basin.

There is also a shower room on the ground floor with a shower, toilet and hand basin.

The villa has air-conditioning throughout, it's main facilities include:-

• A comfortably furnished lounge with a three seater and 1 two seater settees and an arm chair. There is also a coffee table, TV and CD player. For the chilly winter nights there is an open log fireplace. The patio doors open to a large terrace.

• Dinning room with a large marble table and chairs to seat 6.

• The kitchen is fully fitted with fridge/freezer, electric oven/gas hob microwave, kettle, toaster etc. There is also a full crockery & utensils set.

• Utility Room with washing machine, ironing board and iron.

• Outdoor facilities include a barbecue area and sun-loungers and garden furniture.
