This attractive villa is situated in Northern Cyprus one of the Mediterranean's best kept secrets. The villa is in Alsancak some 6 miles from the centre of Kyrenia (in Turkish this is known as Girne) and is only 600 yards from the nearest beach.

The villa has magnificent mountain and sea views.

The villa is situated between the sea & mountains in Alsancak with picturesque sea and mountain views. The villa is a 15 minute drive from Kyrenia, and 5 minutes from sandy beaches, with many excellent local restaurants.

In nearby Kyrenia which is only 3 miles away you can experience the hustle and bustle of the ancient harbour, shops, many restaurants and bars. Bellapais village and monastery is approx. 1.5 miles.  The villa is approximately forty minutes drive from Ercan Airport and 1 hour from Larnaca Airport.

The villa sleeps 2 for your comfort there is a King-size bed in the  for your comfort. The bedroom also benefits from air-conditioning. There is a balcony leading from the bedroom from which there are views to the mountains and the sea.

                       

The villa’s main facilities include:-  

  • Fully fitted kitchen including a full size gas oven and hob, fridge, washing machine, kettle, toaster, a water dispenser pots and pans, full crockery & utensils
  • A comfortably furnished lounge area with a TV
  • Dining area has a dining table and seating for 2 persons

  • The villa has a shower/wc with wash basin.

                      

                                                       Downstairs

There is a terrace on the ground floor at the front and rear of the villa.

The villa has ample parking for a car.

Everything you need has been provided by the owners except beach towels. Bed linen changed weekly.                                                                               

There is a local mini-market 400 yards away on the main Kyrenia road along which there is a regular bus service to Kyrenia and Lapta. However, car hire is recommended and can be arranged, please e-mail.
