The Patara City complex is the first of its kind in Northern Cyprus with many facilities including indoor and outdoor pools.

Patara City is a most prestigious development located close to the centre of Kyrenia (Girne)

This newly built one bedroom apartment sleeps three and has a spacious entrance hall off which is the bathroom, unusually for a property such as this there is a bath.

• the kitchen is fully equiped with electric cooker and a gas hob and a fridge/ freezer. The kitchen is extremely well equipped with cutlery, glassware, china etc. There is also a washing machine in the apartment.

• The lounge is comfortably equipped with seating for 4.  Leading from the lounge is the balcony.

Additionally, there is a fold down single bed in the apartment.

For your comfort the apartment has air conditioning throughout.

Outside is the private communal garden with large swimming pool (available from July 2006) and changing facilities, the apartment also has a designated parking space  within the 24 hour manned security gates.   

The owner also has baby equipment (pram, pushchair, travel cot with bedding and baby relax) available to hire.
