Secret Paradise Villa

Secret Paradise Villa is in a small development of only 9 privately-owned villas, the villa is situated on the edge of the picturesque village of Karmi (also known as Karaman) which has a good selection of local restaurants and bars.

Karmi nestles in the foothills of the Kyrenia Mountain range beneath the historic St Hilarion Castle. Secret Paradise is just a 15 minute drive to some of the most beautiful unspoilt beaches in the world.

The village has most amenities. The village shop stocks all the essentials, including fresh bread, acts as the post office and a source of general information. There are two bars; The crows Nest pub is open all year round and Spot is open for the summer months.

The village has two restaurants; Levant, next to the church and Kismet View in the lower village.

This is a new villa and sleeps 6 in 3 bedrooms.  The master bedroom has a King sized bed an en-suite bathroom with a jacuzzi bath.

One of the guest bedrooms has a double bed and boasts an ensuite shower/wc

The second guest bedroom has twin beds

There is a family bathroom in which there is a shower and WC.

For your comfort all the bedrooms have air conditioning.

The villa has airconditioning in all rooms and gas central heating (only needed for the very short winter season)

• The villa is open plan, the kitchen is fully equiped with electric cooker and a gas hob. There is also a washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/ freezer and a  microwave. The kitchen is extremely well equipped with cutlery, glassware, china etc.
• In the large dining area there is a table and 6 chairs.
• The lounge is comfortably equipped with seating for 6 (this includes a double sofa bed), a large marble fireplace. The villa also has Satellite TV, DVD player & DVD library Home Theatre System, there is also a selection of DVD's and CD'S in the villa.
• The lounge also has air-conditioning.

• Outside there is a large terrace leading from the lounge with a table,  chairs and a large umbrella.

The villa has a large patio area and a private overflow swimming pool (9m x 4.5m). The villa boasts a large ( 9m x 4.5m) illuminated private swimming pool with absolutely suberb sea and mountain views. Around the pool are sun loungers.

The villa also has a built-in barbecue.

There is off road parking.
