Beyaz Ev (White House) Villa is situated on the outskirts of Catalkoy just 4km from the ancient port of Kyrenia where you will find a host of super restaurants and bars and a fantastic array of shops selling anything and everything you can think of, all at great low prices.

In Catalkoy there are a number of restaurants within a five minute drive or within walking distance of the villa.

This luxury villa consists of 3 bedrooms, superb lounge and spacious kitchen/diner. In the Garden you will find a patio table and chairs, sun loungers and of course, your very own pool!                                                

Beyaz Ev is on raised ground and has stunning views, to the Sea and the majestic 5 finger mountains.

The villa has been lovingly furnished to an excellent standard, it has many extras not normally found in a rental property. Inside the Villa you will find everything that you may need to make your holiday a fun and enjoyable time.                       

Lounge:
A large Lounge equipped with Satellite T.V, DVD and video player and coffee table. There is seating for six. From the lounge there is access to the terrace which overlooks the pool area. For those chilly autumn evenings there is an open fire. There is also a terrace leading to the pool area.

Kitchen/Diner:
There is a split level oven & hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave, in fact everything you could possibly need! In the dining area there is a breakfast bar and a dining area with seating for six.

Master Bedroom:
Double bed, bedside units, built in wardrobe and draws, dressing table & mirror. The Master bathroom this includes a a spa/whirlpool bath and a walk-in shower for your convenience. The Master bedroom is air conditioned for your comfort.

Bedroom 2:
Two single beds, built in wardrobes and bedside units,  Bedroom 2 has access to its own terrace. The Bedroom is air conditioned for your comfort.

Bedroom 3:
Two single beds, built in wardrobes, bedside unit, views to the sea. Bedroom 2 has access to a terrace. The Bedroom is air conditioned for your comfort.

All bedrooms have Television and DVD although these are not yet connected to the satellite network.

For your comfort all the bedrooms have air-conditioning.

Family Bathroom:
Family bathroom with walk-in shower and whirlpool bath, wash basin and wc.

Guest Bathroom has a walk-in shower.

Exterior:
There is a terrace on three levels together with well kept gardens where you will find the 24ft x 8ft private swimming pool with patio surround,  BBQ. patio table, chairs, sun loungers and parasol.

There is also a Roof Terrace where there are sunbeds and cooking facilities

Beyaz Ev has ample car parking, it also has it's own underground garaging.

The owners have also accumulated a library of over 500 books together with many CD's, DVD's and cassettes. There is also a 3inch reflector telescope to view the night sky, there is no light pollution in Northern Cyprus so the night sky is spectacular.
