Gemini Villa

Gemini Villa  is set in its own attractive gardens above the the village of Alsancak. The views are stunning with the imposing Besparmak Mountains to behind and sea views in front. The villa is just a short drive from the nearest beach.  

This is a brand new villa and sleeps 6 in 3 bedrooms.  The master bedroom has a King sized bed and has an en-suite bathroom.

The other two bedrooms have twin beds.

There is a family bathroom in which there is a bath and a shower.. 

All the bedrooms have air conditioning.

• The villa is open plan, the kitchen is fully equiped with electric cooker and a gas hob. There is also a washing machine, fridge/ freezer and a drinks machine. The kitchen is extremely well equipped with cutlery, glassware, china etc.
• In the large dining area there is a table and 6 chairs.
• The lounge is comfortably equipped with seating for 6, a large stone fireplace and a  CD player/radio. The lounge also has air-conditioning.

• Outside there is a large terrace leading from the lounge with a table, six chairs and a large umbrella.

The villa has a large patio area and a private swimming pool (10m x 5m).

Around the pool are six sun loungers. There are lights in and around the pool.

The villa also has a built-in barbecue.

There is off road parking.
