 EvTas Villa is set in its own attractive gardens near the the village of Catalkoy the Villa is backdropped by the imposing Besparmak Mountains. and is just a short drive/walk from the nearest beach.  

The villa is just a short distance from the village centre of Catalkoy  where there are several good restaurants that serve local specialities of mezes and kebabs and international cuisine. The villa is approximately two miles from Kyrenia,

The villa sleeps six in 3 bedrooms, all of the bedrooms have air-conditioning.

The master double bedroom has an ensuite (shower only).

There are two ground floor bedrooms  and these both have twin beds in.

There is a separate bathroom that has a bath.

Additionally, there is a 3 seater settee in the lounge, this converts to a double bed and will sleep two children/teenagers. There is also air-conditioning in the lounge.

 The villa has :-  

  • A well equipped kitchen including an electric oven, hob (3 gas and one electric ring), fridge/freezer and washing machine.
  • A large comfortably furnished lounge
  • There is also a dining area with a wrought iron glass topped dining table and chairs

  • Outdoor facilities include a barbecue area and patio furniture  

There is a private swimming pool 10 x 5 metres with a patio, pool lighting and poolside freshwater shower.
