Olive Tree Mews is situated in a quiet elevated position with stunning views of the sea, the mountains and Bellapais Abbey.  Experience the Mediterranean as it used to be in this picturesque part of Cyprus.

The villa is about 3/4 mile (a 15 minute walk) from the centre of  Ozanköy village (Poets Village) and three miles from Kyrenia(in Turkish this is known as Girne).  which has one of the prettiest harbours in the Mediterranean. The beaches are only a short drive away.

Olive Tree Mews is ideally situated within walking distance of Ozanköy village centre where you will find shops, cafes, bars and several excellent restaurants serving traditional Cypriot and European fare. 

 The villa is in an exclusive complex comprising of twelve two-bedroom semi-detached villas, built in a traditional style but with every modern convenience, including air-conditioning.

Olive Tree Mews accommodation is on two floors. The master bedroom is on the first floor,  having twin beds and an en-suite with shower and wc 

 

The second bedroom on the ground floor also has twin beds

 

The villa sleeps 4.

The villa has :-  

  • A large comfortably furnished lounge/Kitchen. The Kitchen is well equipped and includes a washing machine, gas hob, electric oven and a large fridge/freezer. The kitchen has a full range of utensils.

  • There are 3 balconies on which you can catch the sun all day.

  • Outdoor facilities include sun loungers and patio furniture.  

  • There is a hi-fi including CD, cassette and tuner.

  • There is a safe for your valuables and a mobile phone for guests.

There is a large 12m. x 6m. communal swimming pool close to the villa.

There is ample parking at the villa.
