Lantana Villa is set in its own attractive gardens in an old olive grove high above Kyrenia but nestling below the imposing St Hilarion Castle. 

Lantana Villa is situated in attractive countryside on the outskirts of the pretty Turkish village of Zeytinlik – which translates as ‘the place of olives’.

Zeytinlik is approximately one mile from Kyrenia, and the heart of this ancient village is a short walk away and offers a popular bar and a good restaurant that serves local specialities of mezes and kebabs.

The villa sleeps 6 in 3 bedrooms, All of which have air-conditioning.

The master double bedroom is upstairs and has an ensuite bathroom, there is also a balcony from which there are sea views.

On the ground floor there is another double bedroom again with ensuite bathroom, there is a door leading to the patio.

Also on the ground floor there is a twin bedroom.

All the main rooms in the villa have ceiling fans.

There are 3 bathrooms, 2 of which are ensuite.

The villa has :-  

  • A well equipped kitchen including an electric oven, gas hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave
  • A large comfortably furnished lounge with a fireplace and satellite TV
  • Satellite Television 

  • Outdoor facilities include a barbecue area and patio furniture  

There is a large communal swimming pool a short walk from the house overlooking a ravine and surrounded by pine trees with a magnificent view of the mountains.
