Mountain Manzara Villa

A two bedroom villa on a private complex with a large communal swimming pool.  The villa is some 6 miles from the centre of Kyrenia (in Turkish this is known as Girne)  (fifteen minutes drive away) and is approximately a five minute walk from the nearest beach.

To the front of the property is a patio area and space to park your car. The front door leads into a brand new fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with everything that you will need during your stay, including an oven, hob, microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine, kettle, toaster, all utensils, cutlery and crockery.

The kitchen area leads to a dining area with table and chairs.

Beyond the dining area is a comfortable lounge, with a sofabed and armchair.

There is a shower room, toilet and basin situated on the ground floor.

A spiral staircase leads to the two bedrooms on the first floor and will easily sleep four. The master bedroom is air conditioned with a balcony leading from it and there is a sea view. The second bedroom has twin beds and overlooks the large pool. There is ample wardrobe and shelving space in both bedrooms. The villa will easily sleep four.

There is a small mini-market 400 yards away on the main Kyrenia road along which there is a regular bus service to Kyrenia and Lapta.
