Villa Failte is a two year old luxury fully equipped and furnished three-bedroomed bungalow with spectacular Mediterranean & mountain views & private swimming pool.  Set on a small development on the hill-side of Karsiyaka, a 15 minute drive to Kyrenia (Girne), it is the perfect holiday location for couples and families alike.

A village shop serving fresh local produce and the necessities of life is a 10-minute walk away and adjacent to the village shop is a restaurant serving local and tandoori style food at excellent prices.

The villa sleeps 6 in three bedrooms.  The master bedroom has a double bed and en-suite facilities and is also equipped with a large dressing table and mirror.

The other two bedrooms both have two single beds and share a guest shower room with hand basin and WC.

All bedrooms have combined air-conditioning and heating units, floor to ceiling wardrobes, bedside tables and lighting, plus free-standing cooling fans for your comfort.  The master bedroom is also equipped with a large dressing table and mirror.

For added security of valuables and passports and the like the villa is equipped with a hidden electronic wall safe.

The villa’s main facilities include:-  

• Fully fitted kitchen including built-in electric oven, dual gas & electric hob, microwave with quartz grill, kettle, toaster, grilling machine, toasted sandwich maker, pots and pans, full crockery & utensils set, iron and ironing board.
• A comfortably furnished lounge with a 7-seater suite, a large Satellite TV system on which you can receive English films, BBC Prime, BBC World etc and a DVD player.  The villa has a second satellite system offering the SKY family package, some film channels and SKY Sports.
• As well as ceiling fans, the lounge is provided with a combined air-conditioning and heating unit and a wood burning fire for your comfort. 
• The dining room has a large dining table for 6 and a hot and cold water dispenser. 
• Outside is a shaded balcony area, 6 sun loungers with cushions, two tables with 10 chairs, 4 parasols, and a large brick build BBQ.  

A feature of the villa is the 9 x 5 metre private overflow style swimming pool.

Should you prefer a winter break the villa is equipped with an LPG gas boiler  central heating system that provides heating via radiators throughout the property, including the shower rooms, plus instant hot water and gas to the oven hob.
