A modern two bedroom house on a private complex with a large communal swimming pool.  The villa is some 6 miles from the centre of Kyrenia (in Turkish this is known as Girne)  (fifteen minutes drive away) and is approximately a five minute walk from the nearest beach.

The villa has two bedrooms on the first floor and will easily sleep four, the master bedroom has a double bed and the other bedroom  has 2  twin beds. There is a balcony leading from the master bedroom.

The villa has air-conditioning in the bedrooms.

There is a large lounge/dining area, kitchen and a shower/wc with wash basin.

The villa also has satellite TV. 

There is a terrace on the ground floor at the front and rear of the villa.

The villa has ample parking for 2 cars.

There is a small mini-market 400 yards away on the main Kyrenia road along which there is a regular bus service to Kyrenia and Lapta. 

The villa is available for holiday rentals as follows:-

1 January - 30 May 2008 £200 per week for the villa

31 May - 1 November 2008 £250 per week for the villa
